Minimum
of 8 to 10 rooms all with attached bath. A house with 3 to 4 rooms
will not work out economically and difficult logistically |
There
is a good demand for 1 and 2 bhk flats and occasional requests for
3 bedroom flats. An apartment complex with 9 to 10 flats of 2 bedrooms
in a good location would be ideal for running as a group of service
apartments |

Size |
Each
room should be around a minimum of 175 sqft plus a bathroom of around
40 sqft |
The
rooms can be smaller in size, but the living room and the kitchen
and the dining areas will have to be grand. The master bedroom
should necessarily have a grand attached bathroom |
| Location |
Should
be in a semi-commercial location with good access to transport services,
hotels and shops. A good number of corporate companies in the immediate
vicinity is an added bonus |
Can
be in a pure residential area also. The apartment should have good
common amenities like security, gym, and swimming pool (if possible). |

Indiranagar,
Domlur, Airport Road, Richmond Town, Koramangala, BTM layout, Ulsoor,
mostly in the IT Corridor |
